- Answer No. I have 2 of the new USB ports. The computer came with a converter u can use, and u can buy one cheaply for the 2nd port.

- Answer You can order it from Dell's website with Windows pro, but the one I got from Best buy came with Windows 10 home. Personal opinion is that if you are paying this much for a laptop it should automatically come with the pro version.

- Answer Mine didn’t have it either. Costco, Best Buy, and a few other retailers sell versions without fingerprint sensor because the fingerprint sensor is an optional feature.
