A:Answer Most laptops will come with Alexa or similar programs installed, but just like the antivirus that comes preinstalled, you can uninstall those upon set-up. All you have to do is uninstall the programs you don't want then restart the PC. Unless you build a laptop yourself, you won't likely find one without these added programs.
