• Non-oily kind. There are expresso type knes out there. Lavazza is one of them. Starbucks also.

• Almost any medium roast. Avoid oily beans. No need to buy expensive special roast.

• In our experience, medium roast works the best. Dark ones tend to make the bean container a little oily.
