What is the manufactures warranty on the machine? null

it comes with a 1 year warranty. But good luck getting them to diagnose any problem you have with the machine. You have to ship it to them and pay the shipping cost. I'm on machine number 3 in 2 months . Their technical support does not exist. Ask for a supervisor and get put on hold or they hang up . All they want to do is sell you more coffee. Purchase the geek squad protection plan. At least you get your money back in gift card form and can re-purchase the same or a different brand.I have never had to work with such a terrible company or product . Good luck. .
