You would probably need an amplifier to power your sub, use the pre out on the receiver to connect to the amp and then wires to connect the amp to the sub or buy a pre powered sub and connect direct from the receiver to the sub

From receiver, connect front LT and RT outputs to the subwoofer> Connect your front LT and RT speakers to the subwoofer>configure front speakers to large in the receiver settings.
