• A:Answer You can use the M41's Analog input to connect the turntable, but you will need either a Phono pre-amp in between the turntable and M-41 or you need to enable the turntable's pre-amp / EQ if it has one.

• A:Answer The receiver/CD unit is 4 1/2 inches high, but if you're planning to slide it into an enclosed space, you will want to allow space above it for air flow around it so the heat can dissipate. Its 8 1/4 inches wide, and about 11 inches deep (I would plan for a depth of at least 13 inches to allow space for wires/cables and connectors on the back). The speakers are 9 1/2 inches high, 5 3/4 inches wide, and 9 1/2 inches deep.

Q: QuestionCan you attach a second set of speakers to this system (4 total?). I have outdoor speakers on my deck running to my receiver inside and would like to keep them. Is this possible to do? The two with the system and the two speakers from outside? Thank you!

• A:Answer Yes you can but you have to buy a speaker splitter box. The one I have has individual volume controls for each of three zones and one of these zones I have connected to outdoor speakers. You just connect the speaker wires from your Denon to the splitter box and the speaker wires from the zones on the box to the individual speakers. Very simple to do!

• A:Answer The DP-400 would plug into the receiver's Phono input. In this scenario, make sure the DP-400's EQ switch is set to Off. If the receiver does not have a dedicated Phono input, then you will need to switch the DP-400's EQ switch to On. At that point, you can use any analog input on the receiver.
