Q: QuestionMy Dell PC - running Windows 10 - is locking up. When I boot it into Safe Mode it runs fine, with normal safe mode limitations, but when I reboot into normal mode it freezes within an hour or two.

• A:Answer I am not an expert but this sounds like a memory problem. Something is running in the background that is using up RAM and when the RAM is full the machine locks up. I would suggest opening the task manager window and see what is running in the background.. Mr. Bill
