• A:Answer Yes, had it for a few weeks so far and use it on both my carpet and bamboo floors (and bathrooms too!) and it works just fine. Do keep in mind the suction of course won't be as strong as other vacuums, but it has worked fine for my purposes so far.

• A:Answer Hi there! In order to remove the dirt cup from the machine please press in on the dirt cup release button towards the bottom of the dirt cup, then pull the dirt cup out towards you. Once removed you’ll see the filters at the top. Grasp the tab on the filter and pull to remove it from the dirt cup. Separate the filter from the filter screen and clean both filters over the trashcan. Once completed replaced both filters inside of the dirt cup, then place the dirt cup back into the unit.
