From previous experience with Best Buy’s 3rd party installers, and from things i’ve heard, we try to have everything perfectly ready before installation on account that installers might refuse to do the installation if they see anything wrong or not up to code. For our last installation, I called Best Buy Customer Service and asked all the questions i could think of. We already had their 3rd party technicians refuse installation before on another purchase. Never more!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Per the paperwork it requires a working water shut off. I believe you will need a plumber to install a new shut off valve. The installers do extra install measures at your expense. Best to talk with Best Buy about your options
