• Yes you will need to register this one (it's over 250g in weight), if flying for pleasure you will not need a license, if you are flying for anything other than pleasure you will need to get a part 107 license.

• You need to take the TRUST test (free) for recreational use and register it with the FAA ($5) to use it for commercial use you need a part 107 license ($175) which I recommend, since commercial includes posting video to YouTube, volunteering for charities, for taking photos for someone else as a gift.
