Nope. But you should have it when you fly. AND they will ask you for it! And do not forget to register it too!

No, I took the TRUST test and registered with FAA after buying the drone. You aren’t really supposed to fly it before that but you can own it.

You DON'T have to show proof that you have taken the TRUST test before purchase but that really isn't a bad idea IMHO

No. But you need your TRUST certificate before flying.

No, you do not. The TRUST “test” is a Federal requirement governing recreational flight, not governing purchasing drones.

No, you will need to register after your purchase, before you fly. You will need to have a Model number, Serial number etc.
