Q: Questionif I won't to buy local but the Best Buy near me doesn't have this in stock how do I still buy local and not online? do I go to the store and have them ship it to me, or is there another way?

• A:Answer You can order it from any local store and have it shipped free, to any other location. They will ship it from another store, to the one you are at. I purchased mine in Connecticut and picked it up in Florida, after my flight home.

• A:Answer Not an actual answer.. but i was on the site and it was on pre-order so i went thru the check out and placed the order. When i went back to check the drone details it has gone back to "coming soon". Order is in processing so im hoping I get it. It has an estimated shipping on Dec 18 (order placed Nov 21) but being in processing not sure how accurate or true that is.

• A:Answer The only difference I can see between The Mavic Pro and Mavic Air is the The battery lasts longer and video but rate is better on the air then The Mavic Pro Buy battery life is way better in The Mavic Pro then The Mavic Air. Flight range and connectivity is a lot better on The Mavic Pro as well causes it uses occusync. I really suggest The Mavic Pro platinum. The Mavic Air is actually quit loud and can be a little annoying. Other then the both are great drones both still shoot great video footage and photos. And both are reliable, it’s just really preference. I had The Mavic Air and ended up returning it to get The Mavic Pro platinum for my siblings. I currently have The Mavic 2 zoom great drone! Both are actually really great drones!

• A:Answer Warranty is managed by DJI, not BestBuy. Consult the DJI website. You must register the serial there, for any/all coverage. That is part of the anti-theft and anti-counterfeit program. They will only honor protections of an actual product they produced, directly.
