Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My first drone was the DJI Mini. I upgraded to the DJI Mini 2 then DJI Mini 3. I didn't regret any purchase. The DJI Mini series is an excellent first drone experience. My learning experience was crashing my Mini twelve (12) times and it survived all crashes even flying into a building and falling 12 feet. I had propeller guards. The Mini 2 was a big improvement with better motors, camera, transmission, battery life, etc. I'm glad I learned to fly with the cheaper DJI Mini and I fly the DJI Mini 2 with no crashes. The DJI Mini 3 has better camera, transmission, battery and the same good motors as the DJI Mini 2. It also has Active Track. The DJI Mini 2 RC controller is a welcome convenient. The DJI Mini 3, as are all the DJI Mini series, is easy to learn to fly for your first drone and has great features to use as your drone flying skills and photography improve. I am attracted to the DJI mini series because they weigh 249g or less and don't require FAA registered as long as you don't add accessories that exceed the 249g weight. I also bought the Fly More accessories for each drone. Love the extra batteries and charging hub.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These drones are very easy to use and have a ton of safety features, one of them being the return to base feature. The good thing about it is that it is simple to use and learn as a beginner yet it also has many advanced features you can use as you like when you learn more and more and honestly, this drone is packed with quite a lot of good options and features for such a small and light drone. I would recommend it for both beginners and experienced or professional users.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The DJI Mini 3 Pro is very easy to learn. It would be a very nice and forgiving drone for a beginner, albeit a little pricey. The return to home (RTH) feature is great in keeping you from losing the drone if you lose sight of it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is an excellent starter or pro choice. Includes return to base and gps positioning. Easy to turn. Has collision avoidance. You won’t be disappointed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It was my first drone too and i love it. Yes, it’s easy to learn, you can watch some videos on youtube .. also when setup the remote you will see some helpful video on their website. Yes, it does return to base option
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it has auto Return to Home, and it’s a great first drone. You get professional quality footage but at a very reasonable price point. I recommend the $200 insurance so you can fly it without hesitation and crash it and get replacements. That way there’s no worry and you can learn fast
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, extremely easy! I have 2 of the DJI Mini 2's, and the Mini 3 Pro. They just FLY! Do your homework, and be sure your first flights are out in the open, so you can learn the controls, and what it's capable of. There are many youtube channels that will show you how to fly, and capabilities.
