My understanding is that Pre-orders will ship out first. The Mavic 3 was hard to get because the demand was so high early in it s release. Only expensive options were available in stores. My guess is soon after the initial units are shipped, stores will have them in stock. END of JUNE

Please try again later.The units are on the shelf in many stores, from what I understand, and yet preorders from 5+ weeks ago are are still showing, "A release date for your pre-order has not been announced. We'll email you when it's ready." I have to admit that the entire experience of this order has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Apple, for an example, is able to give shipping confirmations and delivery dates for products. DJI does not seem to be able to do anything like this. BestBuy isn't helping me feel any more comfy and cozy about things, either, by not providing information, either. It feels that I'm trapped, now. If I cancel my pre-order is there any chance I'll get the drone? I could drive 4 hours and go pick it up in a store, I suppose, but, like, for real? Honestly, I recommend that both DJI and BestBuy change their processes. This isn't the way ordering should work and I'm not pre ordering from either of you again because dealing with this sucks.

I had placed a pre order on June 5th and got notification that it will be shipped June 22nd - June 25th; nothing happened! I followed up multiple times with Best Buy customer service and they said they don't have any info from manufacturer. I followed up with them again on July 1st regarding the pre-order and was told the same thing. I placed a new order again on July 1st and the item was shipped and delivered in 2 days!! So much so for pre-ordering and preorders being shipped out first! lol!

Also, I ordered on Tuesday and it already shipped and was expecting to come on Monday. BEST BUY IS TERRIBLE! I'm never ordering from them again

Please try again later.I had to pre/order a month ago after my DJI Magic Pro flew away because of an update..Make sure all updates are complete before you fly.It’s been 4 months and I even bought the DJI flyaway insurance and I still don’t have it..If your drone is have problems and you have no control,DJI has an app in the system that will recorded everything that went wrong then your the one to blame lol
