Im in the same boat this is kind of bs as dji is shipping them out dirctly now. I feel like Ive been played here by best buy when I could have ordered directly and even got there golden ticket promotion.

I would assume Bestbuy has similar time frames. I do not know the offical time line for the US/North Amercia but I thought I share what I found.

If it wasn't shipped by July 4 they would cancel it and refund my money. I checked today and my order now says "preordered" again.

I'm a new customer to DJI and I've never in my life seen such poor customer service and tech support. I ordered direct from DJI and received mine a week ago but it's been a nightmare getting any kind of answers from them. This is the last purchase I will ever make from them. They are a horrible company to do business with!
