I'm sorry it doesn't work with cell phones, it's a gimbal designed for cameras. If you mount a cell phone, it will not be able to balance because the phone is too light and it will not be able to control the phone to take pictures/videos. We recommend that you consider Osmo mobile, which is a gimbal designed for cell phones, you will have a better experience with it.
