I would have to say Yes, just because mine is on it's way to the house right now (order was placed on June 12th) . You just have to keep refreshing the page wherever you can and be quick on checking out.

Not too sure Beat Buy only purchases a limited quality from Limited Run Games so once their sold out, I don’t believe there is any future restocks on their products

It is possible they will be restocked but it Will most likely be from all the returns they got from shipping these in bubble mailers like a bunch of retards.

Most likely not. Limited Run Games does... Well, limited runs. If BB sold out of their stock they aren't getting more.
