“My controller won’t pair to my ps4 and I even reset the controller to see if that would work and it did not work. When I click on it my PlayStation says my ps4 does not support this Bluetooth. Help me please”

• You must link it to the PS4 by plugging in your charging cable.

• I’m not sure why that’s happening , especially since this controller is made by Sony, however all you should have to do is plug it in with a Micro USB to connect it .
