• No. All PS4 controllers are charged via mini USB. Sony stopped supplying charger cables with their controllers since most people already have at least one for other devices. No special mini USB cord or charger is needed.

• Nope. Any standard micro USB cable will work, just double check the voltage against the cable that came with the ps4
