How it makes to work wireless? null

You have to connect it to the playstation with the USB and then press the ps4 button on the controller

Standard Bluetooth. It even works with PCs that have Bluetooth capability :)

You will need the DUALSHOCK 4 USB WIRELESS ADAPTOR to use PS4 Controllers wirelessly on your PC.

You press the center button to turn it on in pairing mode and then you can go to the settings of the PS4 to pair it. However, you could also just plug the controller in with a micro USB cable and it will automatically pair with the PS4 when you unplug it.
