Duracell Powerpack Pro 1100 battery failure: While contacting the manufacturer about a replacement battery I received no help! My charger barely lasted 2 years and was well taken care of. In an email response first, I received the care instructions. What? The battery would not take a charge and they were told this. With a following phone call to customer service, I was given a different link for replacement batteries, which was a subsidiary of Duracell. When I contacted them, I was told the was no replacement battery for this charger and I was $%^% out of luck! Duracell fails and I recommend to not do business with them!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm trying to find out myself and so far all I know is that this is a plain lead acid battery ( not lithium) so it has a limited life span. The warranty is only 2 years and most lead acid batteries won't last more than 5-7 years charged properly.
