A:Answer Since the desktop displays on your TV, the computer's video card settings are at fault. Have you updated your video card firmware? After doing so, you should be able to adjust the desktop settings to suit your needs. To restore your TV to factory defaults, enter the on screen Menu, select Settings, then Reset to Default. Remember, all of your custom settings will be lost so any calibration setting should be written down beforehand. Afterward, you should be able to set up your TV as if for the first time and select Home Mode. I hope this helps.
