Found out when the "Handyman" i hired installed my TV mount that he didn't follow the directions as needed. Look where the bolts are in the center of the back, there should be a nut in each hinge for you to tighten the bolts on/against. Check and see if there is empty space around the bolt & maybe you need a nut there too. This of course depends on your mount but solved my problem in 5 minutes.
