I am currently dealing with this same issue but with the 65". The box only came with 1 size spacer(4 of them) and they do not fit with the screws to the bracket. They are either too long or too short. Did you find a solution to this Milo? If you did, please share!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to put a couple of 5/16 flat watchers under the heads of the mounting screws to get the correct spacing. My Samsung TV came with specific spacers and adding the washers was the only way I could make it work. Also, be sure to set your angle and tilt adjustments before you put the TV on, you can't get to them when the TV is mounted. I had to take the TV off to tighten these up because they were loose from the factory.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same problem with my 65" 2 year-old Samsung. Went to Home Depot - they sell a kit with 72 screws specifically for TV mounts. $14 later the tv was on the wall. Strange that the mount couldn't accommodate a 2 year old popular tv.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to use the 10mm spacers and/or more washers to reduce the screw length.
