Try adjusting the output settings from your computer, I have used this cable with my Samsung laptop and have no problem with it!

If it isn't the cable and you've tried different setting on your TV, then it sounds like the computer isn't pushing a good signal. Try rebooting your laptop with it connected to the TV and see if that helps any. Also, try running Windows Update and see if there is a driver that could help; plus if your TV came with a disc, try running it also.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Kaley, Its not an issue with the cable, but a bent pin within one of your devices. Take a look inside the plug in port, find the bent pen and very gently bend it back into place; this should fix you issue.
