If your computer has a DisplayPort Input then yes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I came here looking for an answer to the refresh rate this adapter was capable of and haven't found one yet, but at this point I'm like 95% sure it is only capable of 60hz. I can tell you it for sure won't do 144hz, afaik HDMI is only capable of 120hz if you buy the right cable. DP or DVI-D can do 144hz though if that's what you need, assuming the monitor is capable of that as well. I have three monitors, 1 27" Acer and 2 25" Acers, GPU has 3 DP and 1 HDMI outputs, 27" is on DP @ 144hz, first 25" is HDMI @ 75hz, and the second 25" is using this adapter for DP to HDMI @ 60hz(because I can't select anything else higher). Only time it's a problem is trying to game at 5760x1080 because it pulls the refresh down to 60hz since that one screen drags it down for the surround setup.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I buy it and try it and doesn't work. Have to be a displayport to displayport. Get your facts right
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your laptop can output 144hz and the monitor can support it. All this product is is copper in a rubber jacket with some end bits. there's no fancy chips inside.
