Not sure, but most likely your cable is bad. Mine was very intermittent with its charging until I swapped the cable out with one of my regular phone charger cables and then it worked much better. It's still slow to charge, but at least it wouldn't disconnect randomly without me knowing it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure to push the button so that the LED indicators light up . Other than that, my experience is this is a very, very slow charging battery, especially compared to others. Maybe your item was even worse than mine. I recommend returning it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem with my LG. I used a different cable and it seemed to help, but this battery is a piece of junk. The first time I used it I thought it fried my phone battery but was able to reset it after removing and replacing the battery.
