It’s too bad they don’t make the attachments interchangeable because I like the airwrap when I want to straighten my curly hair for going out for something special but for everyday I just want a quick diffuser to keep the curl. There is not a diffuser with the airwrap and I’m not buying two expensive hairdryers.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to use Dyson Airwrap™ attachments with Dyson Supersonic™ hairdryer attachments because they have different attachment mechanism. The Dyson Supersonic™ hairdryer uses magnetic attachments, while the Airwrap™ barrels use a lock in mechanism. It's also worth noting, Dyson Supersonic™ is for those who want fast drying and smooth, controlled styling with techniques and additional tools such as a brush, While the Dyson Airwrap™ styler is for those who want the versatility of a styler to create curls and waves or a smooth finish.
