• Hi It's Vince with Dyson. The AM07 is a tower fan with our largest air loop amplifier. I believe this specific design for this model provides a larger direct area of coverage when compared to the AM08. The AM08's pedestal design quickly would cool an entire room and can be tilted to provide a more personal effect. • The AM 08 is much better if your using it while your in bed like my wife does the circular fan will allow more air to hit you. I feel the AM 07 would be blocked by the bed if you were to use it that way.

• I would strongly recommend am08 dyson Vacum cleaner for a master suite , it's a very strong Vacum cleaner and it cleans very well .
