Q: QuestionWhat is the best way to clean my dyson blade less heat/cool fan? Can I used compressed air ? Will that hurt my Dyson product? Thank you

• A:Answer Hi Kristi, this is Krystal with Dyson. Using a can of compressed air is recommended to clean the inlet holes at the base and the loop. You can also wipe it down with a dry clean cloth. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Support

Q: QuestionHow do you set the desired room temperature? Our current heater from another mfr. has a digital temperature selector.

• A:Answer Hi Rob0519. You can set the desired temperature by using the red button on the remote. The solid red button increases the temperature while the red outlined circle button decreases the temperature. You will see the desired temperature on the digital display. Keep ind mind that in order for the heater to produce hot air, the temperature will need to be set to a temperature that is above the rooms temperature. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service

• A:Answer Hi! With the remote, you should be able to just press the red button to get it to turn on the heater. If it still isn't working making sure the timer isn't set. Still, no heat then return to the store and ask for a replacement.
