How come my Dyson wand not have a suction anymore? null

I’m not sure, but neither does mine. It’s only been a year - this vacuum is terrible!

Have you checked where the hose comes around the ball there is a catch or place that could be clogged. It has accessibility it’s a red band with two screws check to see if that is clogged
