• Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. There is a red power button on your machine, at the top where the cyclone meets the handle. You will press that to power on/off your vacuum. • Hi, You need to use a little of a force for it and lower and raise the handle. You can put your feet on front part to increase pressure the vacuum on the floor while adjusting the handle.
