QuestionMy whole house is tiled with a few scatter (thin) rugs. I do have 2 dogs who shed but since i don't have any stairs or carpet that need vacuuming, what Dyson model would be best for me?

- Answer my whole house is tiled with a few rugs here and there. Picks up our Shepard mixs dog hair like nothing and easily transitions from the rugs to tile with out a problem.

QuestionHow come best buy is not offering free tools with this machine? On dyson website they are offering 3 free tools with the same price as best buy. Let me know.

- Answer The Dyson vacuum yellow/iron came with 3 tools. The tools are: crevice tool, furniture tool and a pet tool. These tools work great.

QuestionI have a lot of trouble putting the wand back in when I finish vacuuming. What am I doing wrong? i push it down but it won't go the last inch.
