QuestionBought my Dyson Corrale May 2021. Then, I was able to use it 3 to 4 times on a full charge. Now, after 1 use, i would need to recharge. Is this normal. Can i have the internal battery replaced.

- Answer The Dyson straightener has 3 settings. You can pick the lower of the three. I haven’t heard that about gray hair, but this would be the product I would pick to use, because of the temperature settings

- Answer This product struggled to straighten my wavy/curly hair. It did not stay straight throughout the day. I use babyliss in my day to day straightening and never had an issue. I wanted to love this because I love their blowdryer and air wrap but ultimately returned it.

While this can be used on shorter hair, you'll want to ensure there's enough length so that your hair can be gripped between those plates, to achieve the best results.
