Does it come with the soft fluffy head? null

Hello Mike, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Cyclone V10 Animal does not come with the soft roller cleaner head. The Absolute model will include that tool in the box. It's also available to be purchased separately, should you wish to have this tool. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Not sure what a soft fluffy head is but there are 2 motor heads and 2 heads with brushes on them.

No, I too thought it did but it comes with the other brush head. But it works very well on my hard floor.
