“I’m comparing this model to the V11. In the specs area, why does this model say “Yes” in the pet section but the V11 doesn’t? I have a husky & want to know which one would be better for dog hair?”

I think the Dyson V10 Animal is the best! I have a Corso (massive shedder) and a Yorkie (sheds very little) and the Dyson V10 allows me to adjust the suction to what is needed or for a particular surface.

You can adjust the suction on the V10 and if you don't need a lot of suction your battery lasts longer so you can vacuum longer before recharging. From what I understand the V11 makes that decision for you. I can vacuum 3200 square feet (fast) with my V10 (a combination of hardwood floors and carpet). I have a Corso (massive shedder) and a Yorkie (sheds very little).

The Animal cordless models will include a mini motorhead for using on furniture, stairs or other upholstered surfaces. That is the "pet" tool for cordless machines.
