“I see several reviews that have been posted complaining about the wheel(s) breaking off of the carpet cleaning head under normal use. Has Dyson done anything to correct this issue on newer models? How do I know i wont also have this issue if I buy this?”

i had the same scerio but also the head itself just stopped working so thank god i was still under warranty and they had to replace it. but the battery life stinks either way.

Please try again later.I am not sure if there has been any issue with the carpet cleaning head but of the several similar Dyson’s I have owned with the similar carpet head none have had any issues. Dyson also seems to sell many more replacement parts on their website than in the past. Also this model’s tools seem designed to have replaceable parts.
