“Hello. I have been trying to find the green and purple Dyson Genuine Air Purifier Filter (sku ID = 6448522) for awhile now (see attached), but it has been unavailable or sold out. Is this the official replacement filter for the HP04, TP04 and DP04?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We ordered ours directly from Dyson and also thought they didn’t fit our DP04, but it turns out you just pull out both the old purple and green filters (4 pieces total) and replace them with this new combo filter (2 pieces total).

I too was hunting around for the older version and frustrated at the lack of availability until- I realized it had been phased out by Dyson. Replaced my old 4-piece filter with this one next day and my fan/purifier has been running smoothly once again and ever since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does fit, but you have to remove the inner carbon filter as well. This new filter replaces the outer and inner filter on the older-style filters.

I have been trying to replace the filters on my at the time 3 month old, full price, $700 dust collector and purchased this filter three times because Dyson said it would fit but wouldn't exchange any of the them when they didn't. Dyson I have spent so much money on your products and this is just it. Your customer service is nasty, unhelpful, demeaning, and sadistic. Get it together Dyson you cant treat customers like crap forever
