“When I opened the box to replace the filters today, I found that the box did not contain the Activated Carbon Filter. I only received the outer Glass HEPA filter. This filter doesn't have the green part I had previously and doesn't fit in my hp04.”

If it didn’t fit, you were given the wrong one. This is an updated design, and the carbon filter is sealed within the plastic housing. It works exactly the same.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The pleated filter and carbon element are now integrated into a single unit. Most likely as a cost saving measure. I preferred the old design as well but it appears they discontinued it.
