“Does this cool off a garage gym ok? I realize it is not a "cooler fan", but by using it in a garage, would in just blow more hot air around, or will it cool the air around me?”

Hello Michelle, this is Kelly with Dyson. The TP01 Pure Cool Tower is unlike an AC unit that is designed to chill the air. The Pure Cool Tower is a bladeless fan, and while the air temperature does not change, the air flow cools the user. This machine has airflow speed settings from 1-10, and increasing the speed focuses more air to be expelled from the machine. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
