Hello I have 2 that’s doing the same thing and they do that after the warranty and the customer service won’t help you !!

We would suggest checking the following: Ensure plug is firmly connected Ensure temperature in room is above 41°F Ensure the machine is free of obstructions Filter may need to be replaced.
