• A:Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The HP07 is a newer model than the HP04. HP04 is a Pure Hot + Cool, which works as a purifying fan and heater. As the HP07 is a newer unit, it's been re-engineered to deliver 50% cleaner air. It also features a new combi filter, which was made from 25% recyclable materials. • A:Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The HP07 features 10 speeds or airflow, and in heat mode, you can select the room temperature up to 99 degrees Fahrenheit. In terms of cooling, our purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air.  Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Q: QuestionIn heating mode, is there a setting gap for temp. variation when heat comes on & off? IE. Heat comes on @ 70 F, turns off @71F.?

• A:Answer You simply set the temp you would like and the unit will hold that temperature fairly well. usually if it drops about 1°-2° below your set temp it will kick back on and maintain whatever setting you have it at. And it does a very good job. It will also drop down to extremely low or off once it hits the desired temp so it won’t just continuously run and melt you out of the house. So in a nutshell: Yes. If you set it at 70°, the unit will maintain 70° turning on and off as needed to keep the temperature constant. Hope this helps!
