QuestionHow does this unit recharge? Photos appear to require an electrical outlet high on the wall. Our outlets are close to the floor. For pet hair and dirt, does the cordless come close to the corded Dyson Anima Ball? Thank you, Mars

QuestionI am having a real hard time getting the handle part off the stick in order to change attachments or empty the bin. I push the red button and have to fight in order to get it off and sometimes it won’t come off. Has this happened to anybody else?

QuestionI am confused as to which stick to buy. I want it mainly for hardwood floors and about 15% carpet. I want lightweight and the noise level to be low. I do not want it to scratch the floors if it has rollers. I want it to pick up animal hair.

- Answer I use Dyson V11 mainly for hardwood floors and can’s see any scratches. That’s perfect for animal hair. I also have Roomba that is more noisy than Dyson.

- Answer Hi Suzi, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson V11 Animal cord-free features our torque drive cleanerhead, as well as three suction levels. There is a spinning brush bar in the cleaner head, so you may wish to check with your carpeting manufacturer to see what their recommendation is, in terms of suction and use of a brush bar.
