The Dyson V11 Outsize, SKU 6401091 (Model:298706-01) includes the following: mini motorhead, soft dusting brush, stubborn dirt brush, torque drive cleaner head, combination tool, crevice tool, plus an extra battery for up to 120 minutes of run time. The Dyson Outsize, SKU 6451331 (Model:368341-01) includes: the soft dusting brush, stubborn dirt brush, hair screw tool, torque drive head, combination tool and crevice tool. - Answer I hope you have the buy up Greek-squad protection..... They'll do an in store total exchange no questions asked! Whether its two weeks or 2 years old they will take care of you! Had several different problems with earlier and lower models and never had any issues with warranty protection.

QuestionIs the charger 110/200?. I ask this because we lives overseas where the power is 220v and I'd prefer to not have to use an inverter.

- Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. Questioncan be bin disassembled and washed? I'm asking about cleaning inner chamber of bin, which usually filled with packed fine dust? My previous Dyson doesn't allow to get inside, it requires to replace the whole dust bin with a new one.

- Answer Helo GV, this is Kelly with Dyson. The inner chamber of the clear bin, or cyclone, cannot be washed with water. Water mixed with any debris or dirt on the inside of the cyclone can get stuck, and when dry, create a sludge like mud that would render the cyclone useless. The best way to clean the cyclone is to remove the clear bin from the machine, and gently tap the cyclone on the edge of a trash can to help remove debris trapped inside. You can also use a can of compressed air, or the cool shot button on a hair dryer, to help blow out anything trapped inside. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

- Answer Hello Kai, this is Kelly with Dyson. Our cord-free machines do feature a run-time enhancing trigger, to make sure that battery power is only being used when/where you want it to be. QuestionThis question has been asked twice, but given different answers so I just want to confirm. Can you buy the soft roller brush for this vacuum and if not a specific outsize one, would the v10 soft roller be compatible with the outsize.?

- Answer Hi Brian, this is kelly with Dyson. The soft roller head that connects to the Dyson V10 will attach/work on the V110 Outsize. It is the same connection design, so you'll have no issues using that too, if desired. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

- Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The fluffy roller head for the V10 would not fit on the V11 Outsize. The Outsize utilizes a larger, full-size cleaner head, and the smaller V10 head wouldn't be compatible. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

QuestionI just bought this. I love everything about it except the size of the motorized head. I want to keep it for the size of the dust cup but the head makes it too bulky and difficult to maneuver. Is there another head attachment that fits?

- Answer I agree with your assessment of the larger canister. When I tried out the vacuum at Best Buy before I bought it, I brought it to the attention of the sales person about the heaviness of the top portion where the large canister is placed. He said that I probably would not be vacuuming over an hour, and probably would not affect my arms from getting tired due to the heaviness. However, I am impressed with the maneuverability of the vacuum and love that it is cordless. I do not know about an interchangeable head attachment.
