how do you open cylinder to remove dust? null

There is a release that you oush down on over a garbage bag and the cyclinger mives down to release the debris. It is easy yet you have to remove the stick arm before doing so

To empty the dust cylinder, please follow these steps: Remove the Wand: Press the red wand release button and pull the wand away from the bin. Position the Bin: Hold the machine with the bin pointing downwards over a trash can. Release the Dust: Firmly push the red bin release button. The bin will slide down, opening the base and allowing the dust to fall out. Close the Bin: Once emptied, slide the bin back into place until it clicks securely.
