“Can I charge an extra v11 torque battery on the dock without the vacumn head?”

• Hi Debbie, this is Kelly with Dyson. You can charge the extra battery on the dock, while the other one is in use attached to the machine. However the machine and the extra battery cannot be both charged, at the same time. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

• You would need to buy one more wall charger to do that, which is inexpensive from the Dyson website.
