We are on our 6th model in 5 years - we keep hoping the battery life will get better but it doesn't. The batteries do not last and replacements are very expensive - you might as well buy a new unit. See my posted review.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.IN my experience, The only longevity is has ever been with the batteries in the older units. The V11 is still running really well. easy to clean and with three dogs and a cat it is tested daily!!

While we can't guarantee a lifespan for our cord-free machines due to varying factors, I can confirm that we would generally expect the vacuum to outlast the free 2-year guarantee provided with all new machines purchased from an authorized retailer.
