• Hi there, this is Tia from Dyson! Great question! As it stands, our machines are intended for use in the country where they are sold and international adapters aren’t recommended. Machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. Use of adapters may void the warranty. We appreciate your interest in Dyson technology! • The charger in the box comes with the 110-240V… why are you saying its not working for other countries?
