Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. When purchased via Best Buy, the Dyson V12 Detect™ Slim will include: Wand, Motorbar cleaner head, Laser slim fluffy cleaner head, Docking station, combination tool, crevice tool, wand clip, hair screw tool, and charger. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

I believe the term “extra” means that those attachments will be included. For instance, Animal 3 extra came with extra attachments.
