What is the difference between the v11 and v12? null

Hi there, this is Tia from Dyson. The differences between the V11 and V12 can vary, depending on which model you select as the floor tools will not be the same. For example, the model you're viewing, V12 Detect Slim, includes our Laser Slim Fluffy cleaner head which is made specifically for hard floors and our Motorbar floor tool which is suitable for both hard and carpeted floors. The V11 may only include our Torque drive cleaner head which would be designed for use on both hard floors and carpeted areas. Thanks for your support of Dyson technology!
